Returns & Exchanges

At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective sole film on footwear is intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
